A heron fishing as Anna & I set off for a run this morning. Andy's got tendonitis so he's resting for a few weeks.
Originally planning to run to Fhionn loch, we changed our minds & headed out to Ardlair, past the old stone house......
across the field, to the "new" building nestling in the trees in the centre of the picture. A short stop for light refreshment before the return to Poolewe.
